Kaijian awarded 4 employees the honor of "Quality Star"

On the morning of May 3rd, Kaijian Company held a workshop level "Quality Star" award ceremony in the workshop, and four frontline employees from the grassroots level (Xu Zhaosheng, Li Cihe, Gao Ping, Wang Xue) were awarded the honor of workshop level "Quality Star". Assistant General Manager Huang Zailiang, Factory Director Zheng Jianxin, Quality Department Director Zhang Guojian and others attended the meeting and presented awards (cash rewards).

In order to further advocate for "quality first" and "craftsman spirit", in April, Kaijian Company organized the first quarter workshop level "Quality Star" evaluation activity for team frontlines, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in quality improvement and technical improvement, and to strive for excellence in quality spirit. According to the "Quality Star Selection Method" of Kaijian Company, the workshop and quality department have developed corresponding selection methods and selected the workshop level "Quality Star". Based on this, four workshop level "Quality Stars" were ultimately selected.
