In this training, Assistant Huang Zailiang, the 6S executive of the General Manager's Office, served as the course instructor. Huang Zailiang analyzed and explained in detail the execution standards, division of responsibility areas, marking and positioning, signage instructions, and other aspects based on previous 6S management activities in the company, which deepened employees' understanding of 6S and received unanimous praise and recognition from them.
